Deflectors and gravels are to be placed in the river to improve in channel processes and encourage the development of marginal vegetation. Timber latticing is to be placed along the river wall to encourage the growth of vegetation and provide habitat for invertebrates and foraging habitat for birds and bats. To enhance the river as part of the redevelopment of the site and comply with current policy and legislation to improve the environment as part of the planning process. Project summary
