Contacting someone about a case study
The creator of the case study may have entered their user ID in the Main contact user ID field of the Project Overview section. If so, there will be a link next to it to enable you to email that user about the case study.
If you click History in the blue navigation bar at the top of the case study page, you'll see a list of the changes that have been made to that case study, including the IDs of the users who made those changes. Clicking on a user ID will take you to the user page for that user. In the Toolbox menu at the left hand side of the page, you will normally then see an E-mail this user link. You can use this method if you want to contact someone to inquire about a specific change that's been made to a case study.
Getting your case study approved
New case studies are automatically marked as draft. When you've finished compiling your case study, you can contact a reviewer to ask them to review it and change its status from draft to approved.
If your case study is in a RESTORE partner country, then you should contact a reviewer responsible for the region containing that country. The country pages contain links to the regions, and the region pages each have a list of reviewers for that region.
If your case study is not in a RESTORE partner country, then you can contact a reviewer in any region.
Lists of reviewers can be found in the pages for the four restore regions: North, South, East, West.
