Deflectors several weeks after completion. It can be seen from the photo that there are sufficient flows to limit vegetation growth over the gravels in the immediate area of influence, maintaining gravels of sufficent quality for spawning. It cannot be seen from this photo, but there are 15-20 large chub preparing to spawn on these gravels.
